Annie McClintock, a special education paraeducator at Harborfields High School, was among 12 school-related professionals to be honored by the White House in May as a School Support Champion of Change for her leadership and dedication to motivate students.

Plans to build at 30 Prospect St. in Huntington Village will require less parking relief than anticipated after the developer presented scaled back plans to the Huntington Zoning Board of Appeals last week.

The U.S. Supreme Court welcomed a Huntington face on Tuesday. Huntington-based personal injury and malpractice attorney Carol L. Schlitt has been admitted to practice law at the Supreme Court, meaning she may now argue cases before it.
