OPEN YOUR HATCH: There’s a new restaurant planned for the corner of Main and Wall streets in Huntington village. What was once Tomo Hibachi is now being converted into Hatch, a Lessing’s eatery that will purportedly specialize in brunch. Our Foodies recently spotted a “now hiring” sign in the window of the 286 Main St. space. It directed us to hatchbrunch.com, which promises the restaurant will “change the perception of typical brunch” when it opens later this spring. We’ll keep you updated.
