Town planners have given the go-ahead to a plan that will bring 14 apartments to a new building on New Street in Huntington village.

The Town of Huntington, Northport-East Northport school district, LIPA and National Grid will share the cost of a mediator tasked with finding a solution to LIPA’s challenge of the town’s valuation of the Northport Power Plant.
