Town of Huntington officials have enacted a fee and set of policies regulating placement of privately-donated memorials in town-owned parks, beaches and other public places.

Larry Austin, founder and chairman of Austin Travel, and a prolific volunteer for numerous Long Island business groups, charitable organizations and travel industry associations, died June 11. He was 87.
