A child fell from a tree on Bay Path Court on Nov. 29.

A child fell out of a tree on Bay Path Court in Huntington and was flown by helicopter to Stony Brook University Hospital Sunday afternoon, Suffolk police said.
A police spokeswoman said a call came in at 2:20 p.m. about the incident and that the child’s condition was not clear as of around 3 p.m.
