Suffolk County police are seeking the public’s help identifying two men they say stole beer from a Commack store and sprayed mace on an employee.
Police said the two men, pictured above, entered the Target at 4 Henry St. at around 1:45 p.m. Nov. 7 and stole $135 worth of beer. The men were confronted by an employee, but one of them sprayed mace on the employee to allow the pair to escape, police said.
The employee was not taken to the hospital, police said, although EMS personnel were called to the scene.
