new retail steak menu featuring 100 percent dry aged beef
from Niman Ranch. All steaks have a minimum of 28 days of
age, are individually-packaged, sustainably farmed, organically-fed,
and free of hormone and steroids. With prices ranging from
$26 for the 10-ounce filet to $79 for the 40-ounce Porterhouse,
