BBQ Headquarters: Starting this month Mac’s Steakhouse (12 Gerard Street, Huntington, 631-549-5300) introduces its new retail steak menu featuring 100 percent dry aged beef from Niman Ranch. All steaks have a minimum of 28 days of age, are individually-packaged, sustainably farmed, organically-fed, and free of hormone and steroids. With prices ranging from $26 for the 10-ounce filet to $79 for the 40-ounce Porterhouse, Mac’s is giving customers a great way to enjoy a top-quality steak at home on your own personal grill.
