BREAKFAST AT STARBUCKS:
Got a little more than four bucks in your pocket? That means you’ve got breakfast covered at many of the Starbucks in the Town of Huntington. At $3.95 (plus tax) the pairings include a 12 oz. coffee and breakfast sandwich, which include new artisan bacon or ham, Gouda cheese and egg sandwiches, and sausage or reduced-fat turkey, egg and cheese sandwiches. Or, spring for reduced fat cinnamon coffee cake or oatmeal with a 12 oz. latte. Available all day, the bacon, Gouda and egg is one tasty choice we’d recommend. Casi Cielo, Verona or Sumatra make fine choices on the 12 oz. drip. For supreme java junkies, a Starbucks Gold Card, at $25 for the year, will take 10 percent off just about anything you buy, except gift cards. It’s an investment that may pay off if you become a breakfast regular with the green mermaid.
